Identity development for "Sabrosura," a culinary platform set to take place in 2023 at Mexico City's main square, Zócalo. This event is a fusion of talks, exhibitions, and collaborations with restaurants, aimed at showcasing the vast gastronomic offerings of the city and educating the public about the origins and history of the ingredients that define Mexican cuisine.
